BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BOOKING.A reservation is only made when Eugenio García have accepted the completed booking form and appropriate booking deposit.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION. On receipt of your booking and payment, Eugenio García will send you written confirmation.
THE BALANCE. The balance may be paid at any time, but is due not later than two months prior to the tour´s commencement.
TRANSFER OF BOOKING. Tour participants may transfer their booking to another person, if they are prevented from proceeding with the tour due to sickness or accidents suffered by them or their close family or for other unavoidable reasons.
CANCELLATIONS. Notice of cancellations can only be accepted in writing from the person who signed the booking form and will take effect on the day such notice is received by us. As we incur costs from the time we confirm your booking the charges set out below will apply and charge a cancellation fee, plus keep the total cost of the paid deposit.
More than 42 days before departure: loss of deposit
Between 29 and 42 days before departure 60 % of the holiday cost.
Between 15 and 28 days before departure 80% of the holiday cost.
Between 14 days or less before departure 100% of the holiday cost.
These dates refer to the date that we receive notice of cancellation from you, and therefore you´re strongly recommended to take travel insurance to cover you in event of a cancellation.
TOUR CANCELLATION. We reserve the right to cancel any tour for which there are insufficient reservations, not less than eight weeks before the departure date. The all the payments made will be refunded in full.
When you make the booking,a contract between the you and us comes into existence,with all contracts and matters arising from it are subject to Spanish law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
INSURANCE . Travel insurance is absolutely essential, it is a condition of booking that suitable cover the arranged by you for all destination outside the UK. This must cover you fully against medical expenses, injury, death,repatriation,cancellation and curtailment, baggage and money loss and liability cover. We will usually insist on proof of effective travel insurance cover being produced to us prior to departure, it is your reponsability to have it.
RESTRICTION ON PARTICIPATION. Our tours do not normally entail strenuous activity. Nevertheless, participants must be able to complete moderate walks of several miles a day. If you have any health problems or physical limitations, you are required to advise us prior to booking.
The success of each holiday depends to a great extent on the members of the party´s ability to participate physically and cooperate with other party members and the leader. Group courtesy is crucial, please consider other members of your group with regards to time keeping, wandering off, noise, etc.
The number and variety of species is clearly dependent on a number of factors, most of which are beyond our control. Please note , however, that there is absolutely no guarantee whatsoever that specific bird species will be seen. We will no accept responsibility for this,any list provided is merely an indication of the species we may encounter on a tour.
AIR TRAVEL. As you will notice all our prices do not include air travel., for the obvious reason that currently opportunities of cheep flights from Britain to Spain are so readily available.
DO NOT BOOK FLIGHTS UNTIL YOUR BOOKING IS CONFIRMED.
