Day 6 (Friday)
El Tranco
At 8:00.-Breakfast
At:9:00.-Lunch´s bag share out and departure
In the morning.- Hornos de Segura and La Capellanía. This route links the Hornos de Segura village with the hamlet of La Capellanía. Located at the limestone wall rock base called “Blond Rock”. Although the most important part of the route is the big reservoir of El Tranco . We go though the lower elevations, going around the reservoir´s tail, between pine tree forests of Aleppo Pine (Pinus halepensis), with Holm oak(Quercus ilex) and Mastic (Pistacia lentiscus) abundance.
In the afternoon.- We go to Cortijos Nuevos and El Robledo ,two small villages, wit beautiful landscapes an a lot of birds to watch.
At 19:00.- Return back to the apartments.
At 20:00.-Dinner and talk with suggestions.
